Are you a spouse, husband, partner or support person for a new mom? This virtual class will help you build confidence in supporting the new mom through pregnancy and birth & discuss the changes in family dynamics that often come with adding a new baby to the family. We will also review how you can help mom as her body and mind heal, grow and change after baby is born.
