  • eCards purchased will be added to your American Heart Association Atlas instructor inventory pending validation of course documentation submission within 2 - 3 business days.

Refund Policy: 

  • Refunds are processed upon request and granted on a case by case basis depending on the order type. Contact the National Life Support Team for questions regarding refunds at [email protected].

  • NOTE:
    **eCards will only be added to instructor inventory with payment and complete AHA documentation: legible AHA roster, skills/exam answer sheets for remediated participants only, evaluations, and if a blended learning session the online completion certificate.

    **Rosters should be submitted within 10-days of the course to ensure participants receive their eCard within 21 days (per AHA guidelines).
