This event will provide information on preparing your body, mind and spirit for delivery and beyond, including:
• Information on classes and programs offered through Ascension St. Vincent Women's Hospital• An overview of your hospital stay, including comfort options• Advice from our healthcare team including an Obstetrician, Pediatrician, OB Nurse, Lactation Consultants, Childbirth Educators and Physical Therapy• Tips on staying fit & healthy during pregnancy
Those in attendance will be entered to win door prizes. Appetizers and mocktails will be provided. RSVP is required. *Please note, this event is recommended for adults only (18+).
