Tai Chi/Qigong - 60 Minute Classes

Tai Chi/Qigong is often called meditation in motion. Typically done standing, the practice can also be enjoyed seated. It is medically proven to have multiple health benefits including alleviating symptoms of stress, arthritis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. It also aids in fall prevention, heart health and restful sleep.
