Yoga - 45 Minute Classes
This class is approachable and satisfying for all levels — beginners to experienced. The word yoga means to unite, to connect. Provides a way to improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Registration is not required. Times: Tuesdays from 11:45 p.m. – 12:30 pm. and 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays in January and February from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. $8 per class.
